Right of withdrawal

ALPI Cooperative, owner of the REDO upcycling brand, offers its customers a money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can send them back to us. You will be refunded as provided by the current legislation. The law (D.Lgs.n° 185/99) establishes a deadline to take advantage of the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of goods. Returning an order is simple, just follow the procedure below:

Send an e-mail to redo@coop-alpi.it within 14 days of receipt of goods. Or, alternatively, fill out the form available at this link and send it as an attachment to the email adress: redo@coop-alpi.it.

Products must be returned by mail or express courier to the following address:

ATTENTION!

  • with the exception of what is written in item 2, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • products sent after the deadline to our warehouse without the above requirements cannot be refunded.

The product must be returned:

  • properly packed in its original packaging, in perfect resale condition (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all its accessories and documentation, if any;
  • equipped with the Transport Document (present in the original packaging) so as to allow REDO upcycling to identify the Customer (Order number, first name, last name and address).
  • without showing any signs of use other than those compatible with trying on or examining the product i.e. that it does not bear traces of prolonged use (of more than a few minutes) and that it is not in such a state as not to allow its resale.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you will also have to choose from one of the following options:

Replacement of the goods.

If you would like to replace the purchased goods with another product, REDO upcycling offers two alternatives.

  1. Return the product to REDO upcycling by agreeing with customer service at redo@coop-alpi.it  about which new product to be exchanged as a replacement.
  2. Go to the REDO upcycling store at Cooperativa ALPI at Via Ragazzi del ’99 n.13 in Trento and replace the product with another one in stock at the store. It is important to bring the purchase receipt along with the original packaging. Please note that the REDO store cannot refund money. When exchanging a product at the store, it must be replaced by a product of equal value to the amount paid, or if higher, the difference must be paid.

Shopping Voucher. A voucher can be issued for the value of the returned good to be used on redoupcycling.com within 30 days of its issuance.

Money Back Refund. The refund covers the price of the product and will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. The only costs borne by the customer are those related to the return of the goods.

Once the product arrives at our warehouse, it will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transportation.

In the event that the customer has taken advantage of a promotion that is valid only over a certain spending threshold (including free shipping), and if by returning all or part of the order the merchandise that remains in their possession is of less value than the spending threshold, the value of the promotion will be withheld from the amount refunded.

Return of defective products

In the case of defective goods, please email redo@coop-alpi.it within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Only in the case of defective goods are REDO upcycling responsible for the cost of returning the product for replacement.
