The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale set out the sale conditions on this website.

The items are sold directly by Cooperative ALPI scs (registered office: Via Ragazzi del ’99 n.13, 38123 Trento – Italia; registered in Registro delle Imprese di Trento n. TN-0128966; C.F. and partita I.V.A. 01301360226). You can find the contacts in the Contacts section of this website.

1. Commercial policy
   1. “The Seller” sells the items on redoupcycling.com and carries out its e-commerce activities exclusively addressed to the end users “The Consumer”.
   2. Services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Cooperative ALPI is not responsible for minors who browse the website, since it is the responsibility of the parents or guardians to exercise adequate control over the activities of the children or minors entrusted to them or to install tools to control the use of the Internet in order to prevent access to materials or content unsuitable for children, as well as the sending of personal data without the prior permission of parents or guardians;
   3. By “consumer” we mean any person who acts on redoupcycling.com for purposes not related to their commercial, business, craft or professional activity. If you are not a “consumer”, please refrain from entering into commercial transactions through redoupcycling.com.
   4. In consideration of its commercial policy, “the Seller” expressly reserves the right not to carry out orders from parties others than the “consumer” or in any case orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
   5. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale set out exclusively the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders for products on redoupcycling.com between “consumer” users of redoupcycling.com and “the Seller”.
   6. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not regulate services or sale of products by parties other than the “Seller” that are present on redoupcycling.com through links, banners or other hypertext links. Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than the “Seller”, we advise you to check their conditions of sale, because the “Seller” is not responsible for the provision of services or the sale of products by third parties other than the “Seller” or for the conclusion of e-commerce transactions between users of redoupcycling.com and third parties.
2. Conclude the contract
   1. To place an order to purchase one or more products on redoupcycling.com, you must fill out the order form in electronic format and send it to the “Seller”, electronically, following the instructions.
   2. The order form contains a link to the General Conditions of Sale, and a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each ordered item and its price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the payment methods that you can use to purchase each product and the delivery methods, shipping costs and delivery, a reference to the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal and the methods and times of return of products purchased.
   3. Before proceeding with the purchase of the products, by sending the order form, you will be asked to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale and the information on the right of withdrawal, to print a copy using the print command and to save it for your personal use.
   4. The order form will be filed in our database for the period of time necessary to process orders and in any case within the terms of the law. You can access your order form by consulting the “My order” section.
   5. Before proceeding with the transmission of the order form, you will also be asked to identify and correct any errors in data entry.
   6. Languages available are Italian or English.
   7. The contract is concluded when “the Seller” receives your order form and the confirmation of payment electronically, after checking the correctness of the data of your order.
   8. Once the contract has been concluded, “The Seller” will take charge of your purchase order.
   9. “The Seller” may not process orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect. In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not followed up your purchase order specifying the reasons.
   10. If the products presented on redoupcycling.com are no longer available or for sale at the moment of sending the order form, the “Seller” will inform you about the unavailibility of the requested item within thirty (30) days from the day following your order. In case of forwarding of the order form and payment, the Seller will refund in full what you have already paid.
   11. By submitting the order form electronically, you unconditionally accept and undertake to comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your dealings with “the Seller”. If you do not agree with any of the terms contained in the General Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on redoupcycling.com.
   12. By submitting the order form, you confirm that you know and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the additional information contained in redoupcycling.com, also referred to via links, including the returns and complaints and privacy sections.
   13. Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send you a receipt of the purchase order by e-mail with a summary of the information already contained in the order form relating to: product, detailed indication of the price, payment and delivery costs.
3. Guarantees and indication of product prices
   1. redoupcycling.com only sells first quality products.
   2. “The Seller” does not sell second-hand products, but only original products made with recycled material and therefore, due to the particular nature of the materials, these may be “imperfect” or different from the classic market standards.
   3. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on redoupcycling.com within each product sheet. The images and colours of the products offered for sale on redoupcycling.com may not, however, correspond to the actual colours due to the effect of the Internet browser and the monitor used.
   4. Product prices may be updated. Please check the final sales price before submitting your order form.
   5. Purchase requests from countries not included among those displayed in the appropriate section will not be accepted by the “Seller”.
   6. All products are equipped with their identification tag that is an integral part of it and therefore we ask you not to remove the tag from the products purchased.
4. Payment
   1. For the payment of the purchased items and the related shipping costs you can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form.
   2. The financial information relating to the credit card (for example, the number of the credit/debit card or its expiry date) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to banks, which provide the related remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able, in any way, to have access to it. Furthermore, this information will never be used by the “Seller” except to complete the procedures relating to your purchase and to issue refunds in the event of any returns of products, as a result of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, or if it is necessary to prevent or report to the police commission of fraud on redoupcycling.com.
   3. The prices shown are in Euros and include VAT.
   4. Shipping costs depend on the country of destination of the goods and are visible to the customer in the shopping cart.

8. Applicable law and competent court
   1. The use of the site and the contracts for the purchase of items on the website are set by Italian law without any preclusion of the rights that Italian law recognizes you as a “consumer”. For anything not expressly established in these conditions of sale, the current provisions of Italian law shall apply. For any dispute arising from purchase contracts will be the competent court of the place of residence or domicile of the “consumer”.
   2. Users who access this site declare to accept that all matters relating to the use of the website redoupcycling.com are governed by the laws in force in the Italian State. Cooperativa A.L.P.I. does not guarantee in any way that the content of the site complies with the regulations in force in other countries. Access to the site redoupcycling.com from places where its contents are considered illegal is expressly prohibited. Users who decide to access the site from such countries are fully aware of the legal consequences and penalties they risk incurring and will be solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
9. Modification and updating
   1. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are amended from time to time also in consideration of any regulatory changes. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective from the date of publication on redoupcycling.com.
