The cooperative society ALPI, the owner of the brand REDO upcycling, allows the customer to cancel the contract. If you are not satisfied with the items you have purchased on our website, you are free to send them back to us and to be refunded. You will be refunded as provided by current legislation. According to the law (D. Lgs. N° 185/99), you can return the items within 14 days since delivery. Returning an item is easy, please follow this procedure:
- Send an e-mail to email@example.com within 14 days since delivery
- Alternatively, fill out the form available at this link and send it as an attachment to the e-mail
- Items must be returned by post or express courier to the following address: COOPERATIVA ALPI scs

- The customer must take charge of return costs
- Items that are returned after the deadline of 14 days since receivement will not be refunded
The item must be returned in the following conditions:
- correctly packed in its original package, in perfect conditions (not damaged or dirty), with all original accessories and label
- with the delivery form provided in the original package, which allows REDO upcycling to identify the customer (order number, name, surname and delivery address)
- without any sign of prolonged use that would prevent the resale of the item
You will have to choose among these possibilities
If you want to replace your item with another one, REDO upcycling gives you two aternatives:
- 1) Return the item to REDO upcycling and get another one (you have previously agreed with our customer care office).
- 2) Visit the REDO upcycling store (cooperative society ALPI, Via Ragazzi del ’99 13, Trento) and replace the returned item with another one available in our store. Important: bring the receipt of purchase you have found in the original package. Please note that REDO upcycling store cannot return you money. In case of replacement in the store, you can either replace your item with another one of the same price, or pay the difference when the new item is more expensive of the replaced one
You can get a voucher of the same value of the returned item which has to be used within 30 days
Once we receive the returned items, we will examine their conditions to make sure they are not damaged.
If a customer has used a promotion that is valid only when a certain expense threshold is reached (including the complementary shipping cost), upon returning the ordered good, either entirely or partially, if the goods remaining in the client’s possession are of a value lower to that of the expense threshold, then the value of the promotion will be withheld from the reimbursed balance.
Return of defective goods
In case you received a defective item, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days since receivement.
Only in this case, shipping costs will be taken in charge by REDO upcycling
